My Bio
I am a 34 year old stay at home mom by day, janitor by night.
I have always loved art, but long denied my creative side. It has taken a step back from perfectionism to allow me to begin again as a child within an adults body. My art is childish, but it shows potential. I believe that if I allow myself the time to grow and mature at my own pace that I will one day produce Art that is better than I can imagine at this time. This belief is reinforced as I find my skill growing slowly from one painting to the next.

For so many years of my life I denied myself the beauty and grounding of art. Feelings of inadequacy disabled my artistic side. As a young child I was told that I have talent. I took that to mean that my art should've been better than it was, that I wasn't living up to my potential. Art became a frustration. I started to copy others styles rather than developing my own. Shortly thereafter I stopped drawing and painting altogether.
Now in middle age I have finally been drawn back in. At first the perfectionist in me demanded experienced and talented artwork. I wasn't able to produce anything that met my standards. Eventually though I realized
